La Carraia started production and sal of gelato in 1990.

From the beginning we undertook to interpret the evolution of homemade gelato through new tastes and trends, but also maintaining the antique flavours of traditional florentine gelato.

Our concept as a gelato manufacturer has been not only to concentrate on the quality of our products but also to offer a pricecompetitive product unique to Florence, combined with attention to customer service at our location.

The interest shown in our gelato and all our other products resulted in a continued increase in business volume.
